The Holy Trinity children and youth presented 'The Friendly Beasts', a Christmas pageant this year. It told the story of the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Shepherds, wise men, Mary, Joseph, and angels were present at this divine and miraculous birth.

A special thanks to Mrs. Bonnie Morrison who organized, produced and directed the play, made several costumes and scenery and also acted as stunt double. She was assisted by Mrs. Katrina Fetzko and Mrs. Angela Bull.

The play was well done, and appreciated by our entire community.

At the conclusion of the play, 15 members from Holy Trinity delivered Christmas gifts to a mom and her two young children through our participation with the Windham Area Interfaith Ministry. This is the fifth consecutive year Holy Trinity has been involved with WAIM's "Adopt a Family."

The recipient family was deeply appreciative, and the mom acknowledged she no doubt would have not been able to provide gifts for her children this year if it were not for the kindness of Holy Trinity parishioners. The mom presented each Holy Trinity family with a hand-written Christmas card.

It was a good day to be at Holy Trinity.
