Dear Parish Family & Friends of Holy Trinity,

Christ is Risen! Indeed, He is Risen!

Pascha, the defining moment in our lives, is not simply limited to Christ's Resurrection, it is clearly our's as well. By virtue of our own baptism, the resurrection has been perfected in us by Christ. Christ's Resurrection stands as the culminating event in the liberation of humanity from sin, through not just the defeat, but by the annihilation of death. The final barrier has been removed; death has been crushed, and eternal life begins to shine through the life-giving tomb. 

Life reigns and all has been restored to its original beauty. All souls are illumined; they are lucid and transparent, without any notion of sin or stain.

May we continue on the path of theosis, achieved most perfectly through kenosis, the act of self-emptying all that is opposed and foreign to God. Let all that we do and say from this moment forward be a reflection of the Risen One who lives within us.
