On Sunday August 18, the Holy Trinity community welcomed Father Deacon Timothy and Matushka Maureen Skuby to serve Obednitsa (Typika) while Fr Marc is away on vacation. The community had a strong showing with nearly 40 in attendance. Juliana Veek skillfully directed the choir while Reader Anthony Neigel and Sub-Deacon Dr. Chet Andrzejewski assisted Deacon Timothy in the altar. Altar servers Alex Fetzko, Zach Novosad and David Menezes served obediently and read the Hours, Epistle and Post Communion prayers.

After Obednitsa, everyone joined downstairs in the church hall, enjoyed refreshments and warmly welcomed Deacon Timothy and Matushka Maureen with fellowship and conversation.
